The accommodation develops over an area of 110 sqm and is located on the first floor of a typical and ancient Ampezzo house, with an independent entrance from the old barn. The living area, bright and welcoming, consists of a living room with comfortable sofas, LCD TV, and a dining area with a table and traditional wooden bench. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and coffee machine.
From the living room, you can access a large and enchanting panoramic balcony, furnished with a table, bench and chairs: the ideal space to relax or dine outdoors surrounded by nature.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both equipped with comfortable beds. One of the two has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtub with shower box. Completing the sleeping area, a second bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower box.
A wooden staircase leads to a charming mezzanine, where there is a small living room with a sofa and a third attic bedroom.
Among the additional comforts: Wi-Fi connection, external parking, washer-dryer and storage for skis and bicycles.

House surrounded by nature and near the lively center of Cortina and the beautiful ski slopes of the Faloria / Cristallo area. The location is really strategic as it is located in the middle of the green in a quiet and secluded area and at the same time is a stone's throw from the famous "Corso Italia", pedestrian and main street of the town with its many clubs, restaurants, shops and boutique. It’s a cozy apartment, recently renovated and fully equipped. The house offers everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay in the Dolomites.
The apartment has a bright living area consisting of two sofas, LCD TV and a dining table with wooden bench and chairs. The living room has two large windows that make the living area extremely bright and welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
