GENERAL CONDITIONS - CANCELLATION OF THE COTHE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER

The cancellation policy varies according to the accommodations:

ACCOMMODATIONS with 30 days penalty:

  • Full refund up to 30 days before arrival
  • In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival the entire amount of the stay will be hold as cancellation fee

ACCOMMODATIONS with 14 days penalty:

  • Full refund up to 14 days before arrival
  • In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival the entire amount of the stay will be hold as cancellation fee

In case of no show the entire amount of the stay will be hold as cancellation fee.
