The apartment, approximately 200 m², can accommodate up to 10 people and features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering spacious, bright rooms and carefully designed details. The location is particularly privileged: immersed in greenery and tranquillity, yet only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Cortina, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants and main attractions.

The main living area welcomes guests with an elegant and spacious lounge furnished with comfortable sofas, LCD TV and a large dining table, perfect for sharing pleasant convivial moments. From here you can access a splendid panoramic balcony with views of the surrounding mountains.

The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, LCD TV, access to the balcony and private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. This level is completed by a room with a bunk bed and a room with two single beds.

Going up to the upper floor you access a charming mansard master bedroom, equipped with LCD TV and private bathroom with whirlpool bath, WC and bidet.

The independent kitchen, fully equipped, features a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, espresso machine and kettle, offering everything necessary to comfortably prepare your own meals.

The interiors are distinguished by refined parquet flooring and quality furnishings that give the spaces a warm and authentically alpine atmosphere. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, a guest bathroom with toilet, bidet, whirlpool bath and free Wi-Fi connection throughout the property.
