House immersed in nature just a stone's throw from the lively centre of Cortina and the splendid slopes of the Faloria/Cristallo ski area. The location is truly strategic as it is positioned in the midst of greenery in a quiet and secluded area and at the same time is just a stone's throw from the famous Corso Italia, the pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous venues, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Welcoming apartment, recently renovated and fully equipped. The house offers everything necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the Dolomites.
The apartment consists of a bright living area composed of two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, LCD TV and a dining table with a bench and wooden chairs. The living room has two large windows that make the day area extremely bright and welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and has private access to a bathroom with a bidet and bath with shower. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a small private bathroom with a washbasin and WC.
