The Villa is situated a few kilometres from the exclusive Cortina Golf Club where golf enthusiasts can test themselves on a challenging technical course whilst enjoying a unique panorama of a territory that carefully preserves the characteristics of the Dolomite alpine meadows. The centre of Cortina is approximately 800 m away and is easily accessible as the house is located near the main road of the village that leads directly to the centre or to the major ski facilities, also reachable via the Ski Bus service.

The apartment measures 55 sqm and is located on the second floor. The living area consists of a dining room with a large wooden table and bench and designer chairs. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a large LCD TV. From the lounge you have access to the balcony from which you have a spectacular view of the Dolomites. The kitchenette is small, but super equipped with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment has two bedrooms; one bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe cabin that can also become a small den/library for children. The second bedroom has two single bunk beds and features a wardrobe and desk. At your disposal is a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle, hair straightener and washing machine. Casa Alberti is a welcoming 100 m² apartment, located in a quiet area of Cortina d'Ampezzo, surrounded by greenery and woods. Ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people, it offers spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for a holiday focused on relaxation and nature.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of which are double rooms with queen-size beds and one with a bunk bed. The rooms, characterised by parquet flooring, are warm and welcoming, ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring the Dolomites.
