THE RESTAURANT
The farmers' menus of Agriturismo Filippon are prepared by hand, respecting the seasons and using only fresh, organic and local ingredients. The desserts and ice cream are made according to tradition, while the sausages, prepared with beef and pork, follow the secret recipes of our grandparents, without preservatives.
Homemade dishes can be enjoyed outdoors, in the company of children and four-legged friends.
THE AREA
Cansiglio is a magical place, located between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, which offers numerous opportunities for excursions, walks and outdoor activities. In every season it offers enchanting views, from spring flowering to the summer heat, from the colors of autumn with deer in love, up to the magic of winter with the snow covering the landscape. A corner of uncontaminated nature, protected by local farms, ideal for regenerating and enjoying tranquility.
THE DAIRY CENTER AND OUR ANIMALS
The milk from our cows, fed with natural and certified fodder, is delivered to the Tambre-Spert-Cansiglio Dairy Centre, a cooperative that has respected the environment and tradition since 1970. Thanks to this process, we offer a wide range of organic products, including milk, yogurt, mozzarella, cheeses such as Casera, Mezzano, Caciotte, Neve and smoked ricotta, always respecting quality and the territory.
We take care of dairy cows, beef heifers, pigs, chickens, laying hens, donkeys and our dog. From morning milking to evening care, we work passionately to ensure animal welfare and the quality of our products.
