The living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher; a solid wood table with chairs and bench, a comfortable sofa and an LCD TV. Two large and bright French windows allow access to the panoramic balcony. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a bunk bed and two double bedrooms with wardrobe and Lcd TV; one of the bedroom has access to the balcony. There are two bathrooms, one with a large shower and the other with a bathtub and a washing machine. Wi-Fi Internet connection is available for guests.

Beautiful and spacious apartment furnished in rustic style and located in a beautiful villa in Località Pecol, a panoramic and sunny area of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Because of its position it is an ideal apartment for all those who love peace and contact with nature.
The apartment is 90 square meters and is furnished with taste and with particular attention to detail.
Composed of a large living area with a beautiful living room furnished with two comfortable sofas and LCD TV, a dining area with wooden table and bench-tour. Functional kitchen with oven and dishwasher. In the sleeping area there are 3 beautiful bedrooms, including two doubles, and one with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower, one of which is accessible from the double bedroom. House surrounded by nature and near the lively center of Cortina and the beautiful ski slopes of the Faloria / Cristallo area. The location is really strategic as it is located in the middle of the green in a quiet and secluded area and at the same time is a stone's throw from the famous "Corso Italia", pedestrian and main street of the town with its many clubs, restaurants, shops and boutique. It’s a cozy apartment, recently renovated and fully equipped. The house offers everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay in the Dolomites.
The apartment has a bright living area consisting of two sofas, LCD TV and a dining table with wooden bench and chairs. The living room has two large windows that make the living area extremely bright and welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and has private access to the bathroom with a bidet and a bathtub with shower. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a small private bathroom with a sink and toilet.
Guests have access to a terrace, an outdoor parking space and Wi-Fi connection.
The apartment is perfect for a family holiday in search of tranquility, but at the same time very close to the social life of the center of Cortina that can be reached by foot in few minutes.
