Beautiful and new apartment recently renovated and furnished with taste and attention to details. It is located in Località Cadin, in a quiet and silent area of Cortina d'Ampezzo, surrounded by wide and sunny meadows. Because of its position it is an ideal apartment for all those who love relaxation and contact with nature.
The apartment is 50 square meters and is located on the second floor of a large and typical Ampezzo house.
Composed of a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, wooden table and bench, LCD TV, stereo and Wi-Fi connection. The kitchenette is well equipped with a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and access to the panoramic balcony, also reachable from the living area. There is one bathroom with a large shower. The apartment also has an outdoor parking space and a meadow with a wooden table and benches for outdoor dining and a private playground for children with a swing and slide. Finally, a storage room for bicycles or skis is available. Ideal apartment for a couple or even for a family thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.

A very enjoyable vacation. Apartment in a very good location, peace and quiet, the center of Cortina is within walking distance. The apartment is renovated and modern, well equipped. The bathroom is also completely renovated, equipped with a washing see more

The bathroom is also completely renovated, equipped with a washing machine. There is a parking space right in front of the house. A small balcony with a spectacular view. We had no problems finding the apartment and getting inside, the directions given by the owner were clear and obvious.

We were in the apartment for 3 people, when we asked for an additional duvet cover, it turned out that this is not possible. We were a bit surprised, as the apartment is listed on the Internet as a 2-4 person apartment. We made it, but with 4 people it could be difficult. Unfortunately, we did not find this beautiful bench with a breathtaking view, which is presented in the pictures. |

There are two double bedrooms with large wardrobe. Each room has a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi connection and two parking spaces in the external square complete this beautiful property. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a small family in search of comfort just a stone's throw from the center of Cortina.

The villa is situated in a very central area of Cortina d\'Ampezzo, 50 metres from the famous \'Corso Italia\', a pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous venues, restaurants, shops and boutiques. The apartment is tastefully furnished, right in the centre, and offers a comfortable and practical living space for those who want to experience a holiday in the heart of the Pearl of the Dolomites.
The apartment measures 50 sq m and is located on the first floor. The living room, completely furnished in wood, has a comfortable sofa bed, LCD TV and a table with a bench and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. From the kitchen there is access to a balcony.
