Comfortable attic apartment located in a large villa in Località Peziè, below the historic Hotel Miramonti. Composed of a large living area, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. A parking space in the garage is also available. Ideal home for a mountain holiday with a view of the Dolomites and close to the Dolomites cycle path.
The Villa is located a few kilometers from the exclusive Cortina Golf Club where lovers of this sport can try their hand at an exciting technical course and at the same time enjoy a unique panorama of an area that carefully preserves the characteristics of the meadows Dolomite Alpine. The center of Cortina is about 800 m away. and is easily accessible since the house is located near the main road of the town which leads directly to the center or to the major ski resorts, which can also be reached via the Ski Bus service.
The apartment measures 70 m2, is located on the second floor and has sloping ceilings. The large living area consists of a living room with three sofas, an LCD TV and a dining area with a large wooden table and a fireplace. Possibility to enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites from the large panoramic window in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine is also available. In the sleeping area instead we find two bedrooms; one double and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower. A parking space in the garage and a Wi-Fi internet connection complete the offer.
