Comfortable and large attic fully furnished in wood in Località Col, a panoramic and quiet hamlet of Cortina d'Ampezzo. It is part of a beautiful villa consisting of two other apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Because of its position it is an ideal apartment for all those who love relaxation and contact with nature.
It is located in a quiet area close to the Socrepes ski resorts, ideal for children and a starting point for the most beautiful slopes of the Tofana including the one that annually hosts the Women's Ski World Cup. Just 15 minutes walk ing distance from the center of Cortina and 400 meters from the municipal bus stop which allows you to reach in a few minutes, not only the ski slopes of other areas (Faloria, 5 Torri, Cristallo, etc.), but also the Ice Stadium, the Country and Apollonio tennis centers, the cycle path of the Dolomites, Cortina Golf and other sports facilities of this tourist destination.
The apartment is located in the attic and consists of a large and bright living area consisting of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and LCD TV and a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. From the living room, as well as from the bedroom, you have access to a large and panoramic balcony.
The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a bathroom with bidet and shower.
To complete the offer, a Wi-Fi connection and outdoor parking space. Pets are welcome. Nothing is missing for a pleasant and comfortable stay in the middle of nature in the pearl of the Dolomites.
